Hello:
I have a pdf file (and I am in touch with the author) but I need to
extract chapters from this pdf book.
If I use okular, and print to a pdf file, the margins to NOT come out
right, even if I use custom paper size on the print options and adjust
the margins manually.
From what I can tell, the original pdf print size is smaller than 8.5"
by 11" pages, but I need to enlarge each page up to about 1/2" margins
or so.
Does anyone know a free linux pdf editor which will allow selection of
sequence of pages, then allow adjustment of the margins, then output to
a new pdf file? Hopefully this can be done with a preview graphics page,
before making the final run.
Thanks for letting me know if you are aware of such an editor?
