I've not before used pdftk to encrypt a file. I want anyone to open, read, and print the file, but not modify it in any way.
Reading `pdftk --help' I don't see that specific set of criteria. Is pdftk the best tool for this? If so, what would be the appropriate command? If not, what tool should I use? TIA, Rich
