no.. ill have to support mysql, postgresql, and oracle
as our developers make applications for them. i have
no problems runnng both mysql and pgsql before. i
think it shouldnt matter as they are entirely separate
libraries.. anyways, it was solved now by setting
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libpthread.so first before running
apache. though i still cant get good results accessing
oracle, it must be because i dont know how to use
php's oracle api yet. i'd appreciate if someone can
show some quick sequence of commands how to connect to
an oracle db and execute a query from php.
