i doubt napster would be a good example.  remember mp3?  they used to be
free for a few years, and what now?  the patent holders are actually getting
people who use mp3 to pay up.  i really question their intentions, although
it's not bad to use 'em.  i mean maybe one of these days, they'd be just
like MS busting everybody else who's not paying up.
