[plug] Browsing Problem

Hi all!
 
        I cant browse websites if I try to disable my proxy server on my
browser. I dont know but I can browse directly to the internet without
using my proxy server before. Im using Squid Stable 4.0 as my proxy server
and redhat 6.0 as my primary server. I need ur help pls.
