Exactly my point! If they have this kind of policy, then have no business
advertising their "400 Kbps" in the first place. The cloud cover
limitation is real. A short thunderstorm can zap your connectivity for
its duration - which can be really long during the rainy season. This
service is basically unacceptable, along with the technology the local
philcast people force down your throat - Windows + Winroute. They won't
support any other option.
So now we basically have a philcast dish that's useless. Anyone want to
buy it??
