I can't use partition magic because I couldn't even install any MS OS. I
cannot use fdisk to remove other partitions because there are several
partitions (unless there is an fdisk option that I don't know about like
MBR). I used NT to partition my HDD and later use partition magic. 

I deleted all partition using WinNT (during installation) but after that,
the lilo is still there. And the partitions are still there according to the
FDISK.

try removing the partition where you put your LILO. if you can't use windows

fdisk and linux's fdisk or cfdisk...use Partition Maqic.
