Well, IMHO, the ability to check mail anywhere with only a browser and an
internet connection is the most probable reason why people use webmail.
In fact, mine is something like a work-around that feature. I use a
forwarding email account since with that account I can always use whatever
would be the most convenient and appropriate solution. =) If I'm
travelling, then I set my forwarding email to forward to my webmail, if
not send it to my local email since it is much faster and has bigger
space. *hush* ;)
