hi orly,
sorry i don't know what's happening with uLab since ASTI /= UP uLab :)
we're a mixed environment here - Sun/Solaris for engineering design
workstations, SGI/Irix for multimedia work, xBSD (and some Linux) for MIS,
networking and servers, M$ for ordinary staff use. our MIS is definitely
using open source for their systems development work.
staroffice has been tough to advocate since MS Office is available here.
