Thanks for explaining, JMC. In any case, I'm working on a clock network
for my company and other ISP's and networks will be encouraged to peer.
I am taking NTP seriously now because it is required to track down abuse, and
I am getting serious about it.
I'll get back to everyone when I have something concrete; I'll see if I can
get a GPS clock up. If not, a highly accurate clock infrastructure. This
would be needed for ISP's to submit accurate abuse reports.
