Yes, I will.  That's why I want to be a stratum 1 server with the GPS.
However, while we could afford a GPS clock, installing it might be problem -
read the requirements at http://www.gpsclock.com.  If I get this up, other
ISP's will be allowed to be clients from me.

Since syslogging only needs 1 second accuracy, as Orly pointed out, I might
as well just get it from a Stratum 2 server.  If I understand it correctly,
getting time from stratum 1 servers in the US does not make you a true 
Stratum 2 since there's the US-PH latency to contend with.

To conclude, I think the best way to set up accurate time for PH servers
is to get time from Stratum 3's, then set up peering IF there is a level
of trust between the ISP's concerned, and, they can reach each other through
local links without passing through the US, either way.

I should be getting servers up this week, getting time from a diverse set.
The HK server is close to me since I buy from ETPI IDS which has a link to
Hong Kong Telecom.
