If you're looking for a software that could be installed while win2k's running, you 
can try vmware.  http://www.vmware.com
They have their evaluation copy of the software.  Though it requires a lot of 
processing and memory because you could make linux run on a win2k OS or the other way 
around.  I have tried it at the office and even at home.
