It's included with MS Office... Most people might have been using it as their
MUA at home...

Try Ximian's Evolution (http://www.ximian.com/apps/evolution.php3)... It's
included with mandrake 8.0... It's still in its evaluation stage, but it's
the closest you could get to a Linux app that looks and feels like Outlook...

Staroffice also has its own MUA with some features that Outlook has, but
some people find it not that easy to use...
