Twig might be the right software for you.  We tried it before
at ADMU and it had the right mix of features (webmail, sched, etc.)
except that when we tried it, it was early beta, and the user interface
was a bit awkward.  Maybe it has matured now.  If you decide to give it
a try please post your findings to this list.  Thanks.
