hi jijo, and everybody following the thread...

please cool it down.  while i agree on your observation about this thread
turning out to be a competition on who can "piss the highest", please remember
that answers are given on a voluntary basis, so we do not have the right to
complain when our questions go unanswered or if our questions get mangled
beyond recognition.  the most we could do is to rephrase the question, point
out how it may have been misunderstood and hope for a better answer.
