NO need i believe you i'm not saying anything but from
experience and when i said no reseller (partner in the
ph.) that is what they told us 

if you are licensed very good then  ( we asked for the
license NOT TO SELL STAROFFICE BUT TO bandle it with
other distros for free it was supposed to be a project
of us ( linux enthusiast which did not push through )
our plan was to sell linux 
distros for  P50 pesos each (1 cd )  and if they buy 3
cds or more will bundle staroffice (1cd) for free 

then again hope you people have fun selling it..( by
the way as i remember the contract YOU CANNOT sell
staroffice as 1 cd..(i.e. you need to bundle it or
include it with a distribution )
