MTMM and IDCM announce Version 1.0 of Free / Open Source Project

Maramba, UP-CPH '93) and IDCM (Inocencio Daniel Cortes Maramba, UPCM '93) have
announced the release of Version 1.0 of their Joint Collaborative Free / Open Source
Project, codenamed: "Baby Z��". Release date was 28 June 2001, at the Philippine
General Hospital.
The project incorporates the latest advances in Free / Open Source hardware and
software and includes functions such as: blinking, startle reflex, suckling, soft pink
skin, crying, and generally looking cute and cuddly. The only extant prototype is
currently being deployed at MTMM and IDCM headquarters in Quezon City. Baby Z�� was
christened on 8 July 2001, at the Sacred Heart Parish Church in Quezon City, with the
4 original developers, Drs. Tom and Nel Maramba (UPCM '56 and '60), and Drs. Angie and
Lou Manalo (UPCM '63 and '64), in attendance. More information and images may be
