if you are talking like blocking sites ( example. like
XXX(porn sites)or any site for the matter) so they
won't be accessible to your clients use url_regex
example.
acl badsite url_regex
"/path/to/file/with/bad/domains/"
then in http_access put
http_acces deny badsite
note:
you should also put a acl for goodsites and give them
http_access allow goodsite ( sometimes we are banning
legitimate/clean websites with confusing hostnames)
you can even put your "custom made error messages" :)
read the docs and howtos about how to do that
about redirectors there are a couple of programs out
there, look for them a gpl one is squidguard ( notsure
of the name) i do no just look for it at freshmeat.net
