I want to setup a new linux box to accept dial-in connections with raduis 
authentication, My Distro is RedHat 7.1 I have Cyclades Cyclom YeP 16 
port Serial Module for the Modem Connections, How can i make a ttyC0-15 
in /dev and How can i Assign the IP address to my Client is it the PPP or 
Mgetty and How can i Limit the User to 1:1 Line Login
