1. redhat 7.1 comes with the radiusd-cistron package in the powertools cd.
2. you can use portslave for accepting dialup connections on your cyclades
gear. but note, the portslave which comes with redhat 7.1 is broken. you can
get a working portslave for rh7.1 from here:

3. cyclades usually comes with a utility for creating the required device files.
if you can't find this, you can do it yourself with mknod. 'man mknod' for more
info. hint: you need to create character devices with 19 as major number.
4. radiusd-cistron is configurable to limit simultaneous use. please read the
sample config file in /usr/share/doc/radiusd-cistron.../README.simul
