i do have a question though...if it is a decrement instead of an 
increment, will the zone still be propagated? in our case, the previous 
admin erroneously added an extra digit on the year...so, if i correct it 
by removing said digit, i actually decrease the number by a power of 
ten. or, any change will propagate as long is it's different from the 
previous serial number? thanks.
