I have tried the following distros that can do what you want:
1. Superresecue 2.0 - http://www.kernel.org/pub/dist/superrescue/v2/
   - Based on RH 7.1
2. Virtual Linux 0.8 - http://sourceforge.net/projects/virtual-linux/
   - Based on Mandrake 7.2
3. Linux Bootable Toolbox 2.0 - http://lbt.linuxcare.com/index.epl
   - Contains 2.4 kernel, XFree86 4.1, BlackBox WM, Mozilla 0.93 and more;
     fits in a credit-card size CD or one of those mini-CDRs

All of the above have downloadable ISO images.  Maybe jijo could add them
to his sell list?
