Anyway they are large tax payers they can afford to pay. It should be the national and 
the local goverment that should use Linux and other open-source rather than spending 
money for the gnomes of Redmond. It will help a lot in trimming the budget deficit. Is 
BIR using Linux, if it is just imagine the savings!
