Maybe the SMC's Financial related systems are not Linux based and other Open
Source? Kasi, ang scope lang ng Auditor ay yung financial related systems.
Baka naman ang internal networks ng SMC ay Linux based lang kaya hindi
nakita ng officemate ko 'no? = )

Pero, how come our government are still buying these very expensive
softwares? Since we're in the PLUG, how could we motivate the government
first to use Open Source Softwares? = )
