Ooops, it looks like I spoke too soon. It was a good thing what I did with
the nsswitch.conf, but pam_ldap still won't work. That error not being
able to bind was true.

Using ud-ldap, I tried to bind as uid=jijo, with my password. It didn't
work. I have the feeling it has something to do with the way the passwords
were imported. I can bind as root, though, using the root password (and I
don't have a rootpw directive in my slapd.conf). Is there any way for me
to change the password ala passwd as the root user?
