tomcat is a standalone webserver(correct me if im wrong) and that
apache should be disabled for it to work. if you intend to deliver
other dynamic pages other than jsp, consider going for gnujsp installed
over apache jserv on the apache webserver. first you need to install
jserv and then gnujsp. try looking for it on apache.org or klomp.org
