There is nothing wrong with teaching your colleagues Linux -- however, you
should not be spoonfeeding them. There are things that are best self-taught
and learned by experience rather than by lectures and books. Let them figure
it out themselves and just offer help if they're stuck... but of course,
teach them the basics so as not to screw the current system.
