I'm sure Sacha is one of those "creative youths." (eh, Sacha? ;) ) As for me, well, I'm not really inclined to programming (but I do simple code sometimes), and I never got to enrol in a comp sci course (I'm taking up Economics and I don't plan to take two undergraduate degrees). However, it is really a pleasure for me to use Linux on desktops (especially thin ones) and in networking. I can't believe, though, many of the youths are really on their own to start on Linux(everything was Microsoft oriented in school when I took up computers in Grade 4!). Those who make it into using Linux had to dig up a lot of that Microsoft propoganda before hitting the "golden OS." (hehehe) At least Linux gets people who do not merely desire money and who would really strive hard. Probably one of the best immediate thing to do is to make "getting started" with Linux easier, and I do really feel that the community has been really delivering on this. _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
