Sheesh... And the only thing that I know about .NET is that it is just one of those 
Micro$oft gimmicks. Those
words "innovative and high quality software" coming from Bill's mouth really don't 
mean anything to me since I tried
OS/2 and then Linux and FreeBSD.

Now you're talking! But that will be a hundred times more difficult than promoting 
Linux to comp. sci. undergrads. It
would be nice if computer related organizations in high schools get to try out Linux 
than attending those !@#!@$$@%%@
Microsoft unveilings of their latest OS(I remember one of my professors in HS unveiled 
Windows 95 and got my schoolmates
hypnotized to buy it.) Good steps would include making CDs and books accessible. 
Interactive internet support will also
do good. Magazines/newsletters can also be used to persuade the youth.
