I was just wondering if it is possible to come up with a software caller ID
device that can be used with an oridinary modem. I've seen the little hardware
caller ID devices being sold at HMR for around P300. If that can be made to
work without asking PLDT to activate a caller ID service (assuming caller ID is
active all the time), then can't it be done via software?
