i will support. hehehe. always wanted good local certification because it
will be beneficial to the community. although, there will be politics
and i suggest that q-linux, bluepoint and other OSS companies join forces
with PLUG and other orgs for this. 

just give me a ring. 

btw, i do not really like the idea of placing linux culture questions in 
linux exams. (e.g. who wrote the cathedral and the bazaar?) got some feedback
from friends who took the q-linux test.
