Dear Fellow Linux Enthusiast, My original message was posted last December 8, 2001, wherein I was asking some inputs with regards to the feasibility of assembling desktop PC in the Philippines with Linux as OS. I was not aware that many individuals are doing it on their own, including Mr. Rafael "Dido" Sevilla. Thus this last message, wherein I was asking him (Rafael "Dido" Sevilla) if I will enter into a contract with him, for PhP 5,000.00 what kind of desktop computer,(i.e. what kind of processor, HDD , CD-drive , FDD, memory, and speed)not including; the computer screen, keyboard, and mouse, can he deliver. The linux flavor will also be up to him to decide. For everybody's information Peoples Republic of China is assembling low cost desktop (Legend) with linux as the operating system. I hope this clarifies the confusion with regards to this subject. A fellow from a federation of credit cooperatives have made known his interest with this idea since i posted this message with digitalfilipino. I hope I generate enough interest to make this endeavor a success. Thanks to all.
Sincerely Ireneo Bisquera __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Check out Yahoo! Shopping and Yahoo! Auctions for all of your unique holiday gifts!
