So far, comparing the two(2) companies I've worked for in the US, and the company I worked for in PH (isa lang), I must say Migz has a more accurate account (my Filipino engineer-frieds will likely say the same.) The current company I'm with is even a startup company -- yes, long hours but it's not enforced, it's voluntary.
