very user friendly approach to computing

buggy, insecure, bloated, cpu hungry

Redhat at work and Mandrake at home.

scalability, stability, security and everything a techie would need in a
single install
set.

what things?
why, in the first place, are we so demanding?
why wasn't anyone asking "what are the things in the mac that we don't
see in win311?" a few years ago?

> - what are the things in Windows that you would want to see in linux?
that would be like asking bruce wayne what things in his porsche he
would like to see in his batmobile.
i'm sure, if he were real, he'd say "none!".

because most windows users only need to do simple things, they care
little about security and despite their desire to buy enough computing
power in a single machine to level the allies in ww2, they do not make
much use of it and therefore have no need for a free multi-tasking OS.
