No such problems with the MS VM or even the Sun Java 1.1.x VMs. The Anfyjava 3d demos (note: these don't use Java3D) under either do not exhibit the same jerkiness that they do under Java 2. Seems like somewhere along the way, Sun screwed up Hotspot... (at least the Windows version).
