Hi guys! My mail server is running SuSE 7.2 (2.4.4-4GB kernel) with the following fstab entries:
/dev/sda2 swap swap defaults 0 0 /dev/sda7 / reiserfs defaults 1 1 /dev/sda5 /var reiserfs notail, noatime 1 2 /dev/sda6 /home reiserfs notail, noatime 1 2 /dev/sda1 /boot ext2 defaults 1 2 . . . etc Question: can I change the filesystem of my /var and /home back to ext2? You see, I can't seem to install quota for both /var and /home simply because I cannot mount either /dev/sda5 or /dev/sda7 when I put usrquota along with notail, noatime (as the good man page says). Or is there another way of doing it? Help please??? :) ----------------------- Spawn - The Scourge of the Damned Chris G Haravata IT Resource Officer-Magallanes Asia Pacific College (http://www.apc.edu.ph) #3 Humabon Place, Magallanes Subd., Makati City Tel No 8529232 loc 402 Cell No 0916.3500465 http://www.dynamicsms.com.au/intro.asp?ref=09163500465&refc=382 --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
