yes, i want sana to non-destructively change the filesystem.  Isn't there
any other way???  You see, hirap kseng mag-maintain ng mail server na 'alang
quota.  Inaabuso ng mga users ko (who are mostly students).  And I've had
the bad luck to heed the suggestion of one of my colleagues, who said that
we can now use quota with reiserfs...  d*mn!!!

O kaya naman e, if you can point me to the right direction. Maybe, I can
read up on reiserfs and how to make it quota-friendly... d*mn again!!!  :)
