Did you copy the bzImage from /usr/src/linux/arch/i386/boot/bzImage to wherever's named in your /etc/lilo.conf? > k.) # lilo If not, then this should complain... > l.) # shutdown -h now Or you might have forgotten to compile in something that you needed.
