I sent this message to Mapalad, the Palm users group

===============

Today's issue (Feb 19, 2002) of the Inquirier shows
on the front page an american soldier

"T/Sgt Scott Nowlin check[ing] his location using
a Global Positioning System (GPS) device".

Is this some kind of PDA that he is using, with
a GPS module? Is it a Palm device? Where did they
get the maps of Basilan? Do the americans have maps
of other places in the Philippines? Do they
have maps of my neighborhood? Are they planning
to re-occupy the Philippines again and turn us one
more time into an american colony? Will you agree
to this?

JUST ASKING :)
