You need to run a SSH service on your server and connect from the
workstation using a SSH client. Try looking up OpenSSH at
http:///www.openssh.org. You should also disable the telnet (via inetd,
xinetd, or standalone) service because it will only defeat the purpose
of having SSH as your login method.
