Does anyone there encountered this error:

I have this configure like this
DEFAULT Auth-Type = System
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 10.11.12.193+,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.0.0
When I do radtest it output like this which seems to be ok as its said on the
radius.log
[root@albenalt10 /root]# radtest mercator mercator localhost 0 testing123
Sending request to server localhost, port 1812.
radrecv: Reply from host 127.0.0.1 code=2, id=77, length=44
Service-Type = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Framed-IP-Address = 128.1.99.193
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.0.0

When I do RAS the radius.log said like this:

I tried it in cisco RAS and in Ascend RAS both have the same output.
What seems to be wrong? Is it in the radius configuration or in radius?
CAn anyone have an idea on this?
