I'm still have this error:

Mon Apr 17 10:24:42 2002: Auth: Login incorrect: [mercator/<NO-PASSWORD>] 
(from nas mac9.nyc.psi.com/S20101)

Any more idea? Is the problem come from the radius server or the RAS?
