Speaking of W2K Pro's rapid bootup, here's a tip make to it
real slooowww. :(
Install ML8.1 (it does'nt matter if its on the same hdd with W2K Pro),
format a partition with ext3fs and/or xfs filesystem, then reboot to
W2K Pro using its own bootloader.

Reseirfs is ok (at least for me :-).
