Yeah, sure. I'm using an HCF Conexant 56kbps winmodem and they sure 
drop my line sometimes. I feel it happens when a lot of users are online 
(afternoon and early evening) fighting for bandwidth. I can't sometimes 
log-in to my ISP supposedly "dial-up trunklines", and I get to hear "busy 
tones". ISPs talaga oo.
