Rick Moen, do you know how to disable it??  i'm a newb
who needs help, ok???!!!  so dont act so smart asking
me what the context of the request is and give me all
that bs.

can anybody help me disable port 1024, i am afraid a
hacker might exploit it!!  there, rick, you get the
context now??
