oh, ok.  windows files then.  i was expecting that USER.DAT would
be there.  i didn't know that those other files would be there too :).

hehe, for a while i got win4lin to stop working (because i was
switching the / partition from one partition to another.  i thought
i'd have to wait until i got win4lin up and running before testing
your setup.  i've got win4lin back up without re-installing though.
so i'll test later.  after i wake up :).
