Sure, that would be great!!

we could offer  .com.ph or .ph sub-domains coz it's not available on
DynamicDNS and I think that we need to provide something like that for our
local websites (personal or business)

count me in on this project.
of course i have to tell you that i am just a newbie.
but i learn very fast, and i am very resourceful. (can understand
manuals/howto's)
