read the FAQ to install daemontools and dnscachex installing dnscache is easy as adding users dnscache and dnslog then run dnscache-conf dnscache dnslog /etc/dnscachex your.ip.here.fafa then ln -s /etc/dnscachex /service now read the faq http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/faq/cache.html#internal now that would answer your query a particular content dns server based on domain using /etc/resolv.conf gotchas: 1. make sure the ip that you give for dnscache is not being used by any bind named's or udp/53 is not being used 2. the ip for your dnscachex is what you put in /etc/resolv.conf > gino ledesma -Dek _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
