suggestion install an external dnscache
get daemontools from http://cr.yp.to/daemontools.html
get djbdns from http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html

read the FAQ to install daemontools and dnscachex

installing dnscache is easy as adding users dnscache and dnslog
then run dnscache-conf dnscache dnslog /etc/dnscachex your.ip.here.fafa
then ln -s /etc/dnscachex /service
now read the faq
http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/faq/cache.html#internal

now that would answer your query a particular content dns server based on
domain using /etc/resolv.conf
gotchas:

1. make sure the ip that you give for dnscache is not being used by any
bind named's or udp/53 is not being used
2. the ip for your dnscachex is what you put in /etc/resolv.conf
