Mmmm. I like screen for a number of reasons, like cutting down on the
number of open windows. Since screen has its own window management, it
cuts down on the alt-tabbing and screen clutter. You can have a wterm
with a separate screen session for your remote terminals, if you
want. <g>

Oh, for all those people who are just finding out about screen now -

screen gives you a really handy way of copying and pasting even
without the mouse!

In Emacs terms, this is M-q, or M-x fill-paragraph. M-x auto-fill-mode
is useful for mail. You can set the fill column with C-x f (C-u
<number> C-x f to specify a particular column, C-u C-x f to specify
the current column), which is set-fill-column.
