Seriously, though, I use X to manage my rxvt sessions and to take care of the occasional graphical app I need to run. <laugh> Emacs is my main application, and I usually run it in an rxvt so that I can keep it in screen[1]. [1] screen is a very handy program that multiplexes terminals.
